PROBLEM STATEMENT
The Fragmentation of Personal Healthcare
Managing health today feels like a heavy administrative burden. Patients often live with a constant fear of missing doses. This prescription anxiety creates a cycle of stress and phone calls. For CareSync the goal was to fix these fragmented steps. I built a unified interface that feels like a calendar. It is as intuitive as a daily schedule but secure. This high trust system matches the safety of medical records.
Goal
I built a high clarity healthcare assistant for patients. This system makes medication tracking and clinical communication simple. It replaces a complex process with a frictionless journey. Every step focuses on the needs of the patient.

RESEARCH
Research Methodology
I conducted a user audit involving 15 individuals managing chronic conditions to identify the primary friction points in their daily care routines. I also performed a competitive analysis of existing health portals to understand why they often feel intimidating or overly technical for the average user.
Research Results
The Compliance Gap: 72% of respondents admitted to missing at least one medication dose per week due to "Notification Fatigue" or confusing schedules.
The Accessibility Hurdle: Users expressed a high level of frustration with the lack of transparency regarding healthcare center locations and wait times, often leading to delayed care.

USER JOURNEY
From Symptom to Recovery: A Unified Care Path
Intelligent Onboarding: Patients sync their prescriptions via QR scan or provider integration, instantly generating a visual medication timeline.
The Continuity Loop: Users receive context-aware reminders and can initiate secure chats with their doctors to discuss side effects or dosage adjustments in real-time.
Localized Discovery: To ensure immediate care, I designed a geo-located discovery engine that filters nearby healthcare centers by specialty, distance, and current availability.

DESIGN SYSTEM
I utilized an Institutional Light aesthetic to create a calm tech environment. By moving away from the aggressive reds or clinical blues often found in healthcare, I used a palette of soft teals and clean whites to promote a sense of wellness and transparency.
